These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FrameCourier, a service operated by WeDoVids LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FrameCourier is a software-as-a-service platform that allows photographers and video production companies ("Subscribers") to upload, organize, watermark, and deliver photo galleries and video collections to their clients ("Clients") for review, approval, and revision management. The service includes automated processing (thumbnails, watermarking, ZIP archives, RAW/PSD preview extraction, EXIF metadata embedding, subtitle pairing), video versioning and revision rounds, timestamped client comments, model release collection with e-signatures, website embeds, shareable shortlinks with QR codes, and a branded client portal.
The service also offers optional AI-powered features: AI video summaries, automatic (Whisper) subtitle generation, AI photo tagging, and AI client insights (which may analyze a client's public website). Subscribers may serve content from an editable branded subdomain and customize gallery cover images and messages, login backgrounds, and a public copyright line. These features are provided as part of the service and are subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create a Subscriber account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@wedovids.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We offer a free plan for new Subscriber accounts that includes 3 GB of storage and every feature of the service. No payment information is required to create an account. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time for additional storage. If your usage exceeds the storage available on your plan, features that require additional storage may be limited until you add storage or upgrade. Subscribers on the free plan may also earn bonus storage through our Referral Program: 1 GB per referred company that creates an account, up to a maximum of 20 GB of bonus storage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan or the Referral Program at any time.
Paid plans are billed on the cycle stated at checkout (monthly or annual). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all ownership of the photos, videos, and other files you upload to FrameCourier ("Your Content"). By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transcode, thumbnail, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the service to you and your clients, and to perform automated processing operations such as generating thumbnails, applying watermarks, extracting RAW/PSD previews, embedding EXIF metadata, creating ZIP archives, and processing video versions. This license also extends to sending the relevant content to our AI subprocessors to provide AI-powered features such as video summaries, automatic subtitles, photo tagging, and client insights, and to indexing that content for unified search.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law. Model releases, property releases, and other consent documents submitted through the service are deemed to be provided with the represented individual's knowing and voluntary consent.

FrameCourier offers optional AI-powered features, including AI video summaries, automatic (Whisper) subtitle generation, AI photo tagging, and AI client insights that may analyze a client's public website. These features are provided "as is" and for your convenience only. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors, and is not a substitute for your own review or for professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any content you generate with, rely on, or deliver to your clients using these features, and for ensuring that use complies with applicable law and the rights of others. By using AI features you acknowledge that the relevant content may be processed by our AI subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscribers may share gallery or video collection links with their clients, including via expiring shortlinks (optionally password-protected) with associated QR codes. Subscribers may also enable website embeds that allow galleries and videos to be displayed on third-party sites via iframe, and may serve content from an editable branded subdomain configured for their account. Video collections support version tracking, revision rounds, and client approval workflows. Client access is governed solely by the permissions the Subscriber configures (e.g., download restrictions, password protection). Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their clients use the service appropriately.
Storage limits are determined by your subscription plan and may be supplemented by the Referral Program or by purchasing storage add-on blocks. The process queue, which handles background tasks such as thumbnail generation, watermarking, and ZIP creation, operates on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to enforce plan limits and to remove content from accounts that have been suspended or terminated.
FrameCourier, its logo, and all underlying software, designs, and documentation are the property of WeDoVids LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to us. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. You are responsible for exporting any content you wish to keep before termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, model releases and signed consent documents may need to be retained by us to the extent required by applicable law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeDoVids LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of WeDoVids LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
